Costello Group are currently seeking submissions from the market on behalf of The Coal Network Capacity Company (CNCC) for commercial office space leasing options between 150 - 300sqm located within Brisbane’s CBD.
The Coal Network Capacity Company (CNCC) is the Independent Expert overseeing the capacity of the Central Queensland Coal Network. CNCC has regulated binding powers approved by the Queensland Competition Authority in February 2019.
