Costello Group are currently seeking submissions from the market on behalf of our client, YFS Limited, to lease a freestanding industrial facility between 600 sqm & 2,000sqm within specific South Brisbane & Logan suburbs. A freestanding facility for purchase will also be considered.


Please note - The specified size range is designed to meet two distinct business requirements, either a 600-800 sqm free standing facility or a 1,000-2,000 sqm facility.
