Please find the below Expression of Interest (EOI) document for upcoming leasing opportunities on behalf of our valued client BP.

Costello Group are currently seeking Expressions of Interest from a range of different tenants, on behalf of BP, for current vacancies within select Travel Centres and Sites in South-East Queensland. The Centre's locations and their specifics are listed in the attached Expression of Interest Brief.

There will be a SharePoint link shared containing floorplans and photos with parties in which express interest. This can be done through making contact with the undersigned.

Submissions

All Expressions of Interest to be submitted by 5pm Thursday the 3rd of April 2025, via email to jorden@costellogroup.com.au. Details regarding the submission process are contained within the EOI document.
